1. Information on the processing of personal data of Patpol?s clients

In case you are a client of Patpol:

  • Your personal data is collected for the purpose of providing you with services by Patpol, within cooperation with Patpol.
  • Your personal data will be processed for a period which is necessary for performing the objective, for which it has been collected, namely the provision of services on your behalf within cooperation with Patpol (until the lapse of the civil-law and fiscal liabilities, unless its further processing is necessary or possible under binding legal regulations).
  • Your personal data is processed by Patpol because it is necessary for performing the services on your behalf within cooperation with Patpol (Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) No. 2016/679 as of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) as of 27 April 2016 (the Official Journal of the European Union No. 119, page 1), hereafter: GDPR). Disclosure of personal data is voluntary, however it is necessary for the provision of services on your behalf within cooperation with Patpol.
  • Your personal data may be provided in the necessary scope to third parties cooperating with Patpol in the provision of services on your behalf within cooperation with Patpol, including third countries, namely the countries outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of Article 49 Paragraph 1 Letter b) and c) of GDPR (namely, in the cases where the transfer is necessary for performance of an agreement with a person, whom the data concerns, and the administrator, and the transfer is necessary for conclusion or performance of an agreement concluded in the interest of a person, whom the data concerns, between the administrator and another physical or legal person).

 

2. Information on the processing of personal data of entities to whom Patpol submits a cooperation offer (potential clients)

In case you are an entity that Patpol submits a service offer to:

  • Your personal data is processed for the purpose of presenting you by Patpol an offer of cooperation and potentially for performing services on your behalf, in compliance with the presented offer, and ? in the necessary scope ? for the purpose of verifying by Patpol in the future whether an offer has previously been presented to you with regard to the same or similar service.
  • Your personal data will be processed for a period which is necessary for performing the objective, for which it has been collected, namely presenting you an offer of cooperation and potentially performing a commission on your behalf, in compliance with the presented offer, unless its further processing is necessary or possible under binding legal provisions. If the offer presented by Patpol is not accepted by you, your personal data will be processed for a period not longer than 10 years from the date of presenting the offer.
  • Your personal data is processed by Patpol because it is necessary for presenting you an offer of cooperation, and potentially for rendering this offer, and on the basis of the necessity of data processing for the purposes resulting from legally justified interests performed by Patpol (Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b) and f) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) No. 2016/679 as of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) as of 27 April 2016 (the Official Journal of the European Union No. 119, page 1).
  • Legally legitimate interests pursued by Patpol consist in the processing of your personal data for the purpose of enabling Patpol to verify in the future whether an offer has previously been presented to you with regard to the same or similar service.
  • Providing personal data is voluntary, however it is necessary for presenting you an offer of cooperation and for potential rendering of this offer.
  • If case of rendering services on your behalf by Patpol, in compliance with the presented offer, your personal data may be provided in the necessary scope to third parties cooperating with Patpol in the provision of services on your behalf within cooperation with Patpol, including third countries, namely the countries outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of Article 49 Paragraph 1 Letter b) and c) of GDPR (namely, in the cases where the transfer is necessary for performance of an agreement with a person, whom the data concerns, and the administrator, and the transfer is necessary for conclusion or performance of an agreement concluded in the interest of a person, whom the data concerns, between the administrator and another physical or legal person).

 

3. Information on the processing of personal data of other persons, in particular persons with whom Patpol cooperates or conducts correspondence, employees or associates of clients of Patpol or employees or associates of entities to whom Patpol presents a cooperation offer

  • Your personal data is collected in order to provide Patpol with the ability to contact and communicate with You (due to ongoing cooperation, dispute with You or other entity, or due to other circumstances), in particular:
  1. if you are an employee or associate, proxy or representative of the client of Patpol or an entity to whom Patpol submits a cooperation offer,
  2. if you are a legal opponent of Patpol, a client of Patpol or another entity with which Patpol contacts at their client?s request, proxy or representative of the opponent of Patpol, of client of Patpol or of other entity with which Patpol contacts you at their customer’s request,
  3. the entity providing Patpol with certain services, employee, associate, proxy or representative of the entity providing certain services to Patpol,
  • Your personal data is processed by Patpol on the basis of Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) No. 2016/679 as of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) as of 27 April 2016 (the Official Journal of the European Union No. 119, page 1), hereafter: GDPR, e.g. because it is necessary for performing on your behalf the services within cooperation with Patpol. Disclosure of personal data is voluntary, however it is necessary for the provision of services on your behalf within cooperation with Patpol.
  • Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected, i.e. providing Patpol with the opportunity to contact you (in particular due to ongoing cooperation, dispute or other circumstances), unless further processing is necessary or possible under binding legal provisions.
  • Your personal data may be provided to the necessary extent to third parties who cooperate with Patpol in the activities performed by Patpol, in particular to relevant contractors and subcontractors, authorities and offices, including third countries, i.e. countries outside the European Economic Area, on the basis resulting from binding legal provisions concerning personal data protection.
