Industrial design application
The application for an industrial design shall be preceded by an analysis of the documentation held by client relating to a particular product. Our services also include full representation of the client before the European Union Intellectual Property Office, including correspondence and supervision of deadlines and payment of the necessary fees related to the proceedings. Industrial design protection
We carry out our services until the end of the process aimed at the protection of the industrial design, that is, to obtain a final decision. We also provide support for objections to the decision to grant the right from the registration, as well as in justified cases, we submit applications for cancellation of the right from registration.
