Weronika Witkowska is a Polish and European Patent Attorney.

She deals with editing applications for patents and utility models and conducts the proceedings before the Polish Patent Office, EPO and WIPO. She takes part in disputes and court cases, in particular those related to computer-implemented inventions. She also validates European patents in the field of electronics, electrics and mechanics.

She joined Patpol in 2010. Previously, she was an assessor at the Electrical Department of the Polish Patent Office. In her portfolio, she can boast of cooperation with the world’s largest brands, such as Philips and Ericsson.

Weronika is a member of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys, the European Patent Institute (EPI) and the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI). She graduated from EPO Praktika Intern and WIPO Summer School.

Weronika Witkowska holds a Master’s degree in electronics engineering with a specialization in Radiocommunication and Multimedia Techniques (with an additional specialization in Biomedical Electronics) which she obtained at the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology of the Warsaw University of Technology. She is also a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
