He prepares applications for inventions and utility models, conducts and supervises patent research, as well as procedures for obtaining patents and protection rights. He participates in litigation and administrative court proceedings and prepares legal opinions on patent and protection rights.

He specializes in technical solutions in the field of mining (mining systems and machines), aviation (jet engines), cosmonautics (landers), chemical engineering (crude oil processing).

Dariusz has been working at Patpol since 2008. He is a Polish Patent Attorney and a member of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys. Currently, he is in the process of obtaining the rights of a European patent attorney.

Dariusz Świerczyński is a graduate of the Rzeszów University of Technology and has a PhD in chemical sciences from the Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He also completed a postdoctoral fellowship at  Osaka University in Japan.
