We are pleased to announce that we will soon be participating in the Trademark Administrators and Practitioners Meeting 2025 – one of the most important events dedicated to trademark law and brand protection, taking place on September 28–30 in Berlin. This year, Marzena Cabała, specialist in the Trademark and Industrial Design Department, will represent Patpol at the event. 

The TMAP Meeting is an excellent opportunity to learn about the latest trends and best practices in intellectual property protection. This year, the meeting will cover topics such as: 

• Managing well-known trademarks in challenging times, 

• Sustainable destruction of counterfeit goods in light of new European Union regulations, 

• Appropriation of names, images, and likenesses.
