Katarzyna Jedynak-Gierada is a patent attorney in Trademark and Industrial Design Department at Patpol.
On a daily basis, she advises both Polish and foreign clients on trademark and industrial design protection. She represents clients in opposition and contentious proceedings regarding trademarks and industrial designs before the Polish Patent Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). She also appears before courts in intellectual property rights cases.
Katarzyna develops recommendations and strategies for trademark and industrial design protection, drafts legal submissions and agreements, and conducts negotiations in matters concerning trademarks and industrial designs. Her advice is focused on helping clients build strong and recognizable brands.
She is a speaker at numerous conferences and training sessions, as well as a lecturer at the Centrum Praw Własności Intelektualnej im. Hugona Grocjusza. She actively publishes articles on intellectual property law in the press, contributing to Patpol’s mission of promoting knowledge in the field of intellectual property.
She graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Lazarski University in Warsaw. She is also a graduate of postgraduate studies, including at the Warsaw School of Economics.
In her free time, she regularly trains at the gym, participates in spinning and fitness classes, and finds balance through mental training and stretching.
