Agnieszka Skrzypczak
Polish and European Patent Attorney

Agnieszka Skrzypczak is a Patent Attorney specializing in trademarks and industrial designs.

At Patpol, she is responsible for research and preparation of legal opinions concerning trademarks and industrial designs. She represents clients in administrative and litigation proceedings before the Polish Patent Office, EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) and WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization), as well as in court and administrative proceedings before the Provincial Administrative Court and the Supreme Administrative Court.

Prior to joining Patpol in 1998, Agnieszka had been gaining experience in the Trade Mark Research Department at the Polish Patent Office.Throughout her career, she has cooperated with many clients, including Dr. Oetker Sp. z o.o., Zakłady Tłuszczowe “Kruszwica” S.A. and Distillery Sobieski S.A.

In 2002, Agnieszka became a Polish Patent Attorney. Since 2004, she has obtained the license of a European Patent Attorney. She is a member of INTA (International Trade Marks Association) and PIRP (Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys).

Agnieszka Skrzypczak holds a Master?s degree in Law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at  Maria-Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. She also completed Postgraduate Studies in Intellectual Property at  Jagiellonian University in 2000.

After working hours, Agnieszka likes to travel, enjoysliterature and poetry and spends time at the theater.
