But is it always so sure?<\/a>). This time I would like to present the case of three EUTMs and the most recent decisions of the EUIPO Board of Appeal concerning these marks, dating from the first quarter of 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The first case concerns the trademark of the European Union WELL WEED no. EUTM 018282503:<\/p>\n<p class=\"ussh_media_position\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4956\" src=\"https:\/\/ip-blog.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/1-289x300.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 289px) 100vw, 289px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ip-blog.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/1-289x300.jpg 289w, https:\/\/ip-blog.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/1.jpg 505w\" alt=\"\" width=\"289\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The above trademark was applied by three physical persons from Sardinia, an Italian island in the Mediterranean.
