Industrial designs are new and individually characterized forms of a work or parts thereof, given to it in particular by the characteristics of the lines, contours, shapes, colors, texture or material of the work and by its ornamentation. We offer our customers services related to the registration of industrial designs, as well as the handling of violations of industrial designs.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n

We are an IP law firm that has existed continuously since 1966, whose team consists of trademark and industrial design attorneys. Our trademark and industrial design attorneys provide professional handling of intellectual property law cases concerning, among others, mechanics, chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy and electronics. We offer comprehensive solutions, including the preparation of the necessary documentation, as well as conducting proceedings before the appropriate patent office, both at home and abroad.<\/p>\n

Industrial design application<\/b><\/h2>\n

The application for an industrial design<\/b> shall be preceded by an analysis of the documentation held by client relating to a particular product. The specialist of our IP law firm will conduct a search of industrial design databases, so that we can be sure that there are no contraindications for starting the application procedure.<\/p>\n

Our services also include full representation of the client before the European Union Intellectual Property Office, including correspondence and supervision of deadlines and payment of the necessary fees related to the proceedings. We provide the handling of registration applications under the Hague Agreement to customers interested in obtaining international protection.<\/p>\n

Industrial design protection<\/b><\/h2>\n

We carry out our services until the end of the process aimed at the protection of the industrial design<\/b>, that is, to obtain a final decision. We also provide support for objections to the decision to grant the right from the registration, as well as in justified cases, we submit applications for cancellation of the right from registration. The representation of clients allows us to cooperate with experienced IP law firms around the world.<\/p>\n

Registering an industrial design<\/b> is not the only service we offer. We also conduct cases related to infringements of industrial designs, advising on the strategy of conduct, preparing legal opinions or warning letters.
