He provides advice on the issues related to the protection of trademarks and industrial designs. He represents clients in administrative and litigation proceedings before the Polish Patent Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), as well as in administrative court proceedings.

Paweł Kochańczyk holds a Master’s Degree in Law and has also completed Postgraduate Studies in Intellectual Property Law at Warsaw University.
